Convenient Logistics Achieves High Quality Development of Foreign Trade

China's international logistics network is constantly being encrypted and extended. The latest data from the China Federation of Logistics and Purchasing shows that China has added about 180 new freight routes since the beginning of this year, of which more than half are European and American routes and Asian routes. As of October, the China Europe freight train has operated a total of 14562 trains and sent 1.579 million TEUs of goods, an increase of 6% and 9% year-on-year, respectively. At present, China has signed intergovernmental international road transport agreements with 21 countries jointly building the "the Belt and Road", and the cargo passing capacity of major land ports has continued to improve.

Convenient logistics efficiently links the e-commerce markets of China and Southeast Asia.

Within 4 days, a batch of small commodity packages will go through the Yiwu branch for door-to-door pickup, Chinese customs declaration, and air freight to Manila. They will then be cleared by Philippine customs and delivered to the local consolidation center of YTO Express (referred to as YTO Express) in Manila, and then delivered to customers by YTO's staff in Manila.

In addition to its layout in the Philippines, YTO also opened its first Southeast Asian route in 2018. As of now, it has over 40 B737 medium

and short haul transport aircraft with a capacity of over 30 flights per week, traveling between China and major cities in Southeast Asia such

as Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur, Singapore, and Manila.

At the YTO booth, cross-border e-commerce customers from Macau, China, container shipping shippers specializing in Japan, South Korea,

and Southeast Asia, as well as tire and rubber product manufacturers in urgent need of international supply chain services, came to inquire

about YTO's service content and supporting capabilities in the international supply chain field.

For major customers such as international trade, cross-border e-commerce, and high-end manufacturing, YTO fully launched a diversified

product system at the Chain Expo, including international express delivery, international freight, international supply chain, air freight, customs

affairs, warehouse distribution, supply chain finance, etc. For example, the international supply chain can provide characteristic services such

as warehousing, "three in one" customs clearance, B2B delivery, and B2C delivery for customers in consumer electronics, biotechnology,

high-end equipment, new energy materials, and more.

In addition to local Chinese logistics companies such as Yuantong, foreign-funded logistics company FedEx has also contributed to

the interconnection between the Chinese market and the global market. Chen Jialiang, Senior Vice President and President of China at

FedEx, recently stated that the stable scale of China's foreign trade is the business opportunity and driving force for international logistics

companies to develop in China.

It is understood that currently, FedEx operates over 300 international flights per week in China, closely connecting Chinese customers

with its global network through its Asia Pacific transfer center in Guangzhou, international express and freight center in Shanghai, as well

as four international port operation centers in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, and Shenzhen, and the upcoming South China operation center

in Guangzhou.

Currently, small and medium-sized enterprises are beginning to occupy an increasing share in FedEx's customer structure. In the process

of serving small and medium-sized enterprise customers, FedEx has found that complex customs regulations and tariffs are a major challenge

for small and medium-sized enterprises in cross-border e-commerce operations, affecting their competitiveness in international trade.

In addition, small and medium-sized enterprises are more sensitive to cost investment. In response to the constantly improving logistics

timeliness needs of consumers, small and medium-sized enterprises urgently need efficient, reliable, and cost-effective logistics services.
