For this machine , a larger reductor of high quality is equpped, its key rotary parts are changed into bearings,thickened square steel frame is used and wear resisiting material is adopted for its inside sleeves for directional positioning for four guiding columns so that the service life of this machine can be largely prolonged, A special super strong vibrator with larger capacity is used.The block products manufactured with both pressing and vibrating forces from upper and bottom are high in density and good in strength. This machine is an ideal equipment for medium and small sized block manufacturers.(This machine can be used with standard bricks moulds to achieve multifunction with one mould.)
